Job Requirements
- 10 years of progressive culinary experience preferred
- 5 years in senior management required
- proven leadership in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
- capacity to manage budgets and food costs
- excellent interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- 10 years of progressive culinary experience preferred

- expertise in Northern Mexican cuisine or similar
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- ability to manage food costs effectively

Job Duties
- lead the entire culinary team including production, prep, catering, purchasing, and receiving
- ensure culinary employees maximize efficiency and productivity
- review and evaluate daily guest feedback
- oversee recipe execution and education for culinary and service staff
- direct food production and plating from the pass during service
- train all line cooks properly and efficiently
- meet or exceed budgeted food cost percentage
- foster an educational environment for culinary staff development
