Job Duties

  • Work collaboratively with restaurant team members and management to achieve operational goals, maintain a positive work environment, and uphold company standards
  • Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Continuously strive to meet or exceed customer expectations and satisfaction
  • Assist in preparing food items in strict compliance with company recipes and procedures including shredding chicken, preparing salsa/dressing, and packing condiments
  • Process and assemble customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Use suggestive selling to complete the customer experience and increase sales
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support restaurant operations
