- Demonstrate strong knowledge of all menu items and ingredients used in recipes
- Ensure that all food temperatures are appropriate for menu items
- Take direction and delegate tasks effectively
- Promote a team atmosphere and work well on a team
- Exhibit effective written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate good judgment
