Job Qualifications

1 year of BOH or food preparation experience preferred but not required
Positive and upbeat attitude

Commitment to providing exceptional guest service
Ability to work varied hours including weekends and holidays
Knowledge of food handling safety practices

Job Duties

Ensure cleanliness and food safety standards are consistently met

Support shift leaders in daily kitchen operations

Maintain Serve Safe certification
