Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year of back-of-house or prep experience preferred but not required
- AM and PM availability
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work nights and weekends
- Commitment to upholding company policies and standards

Job Duties
- Ensure cleanliness of back-of-house areas

- Provide guests with food that meets Tijuana Flats' highest standards
- Maintain and comply with Serve Safe Certification requirements
- Support shift leaders and contribute to a positive and productive work environment
- Lift and handle items up to 50 pounds as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
