The Cook role is integral to the smooth operation of our kitchen. This position involves preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and quality guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and adhering strictly to safety and sanitation standards. This role requires close collaboration with other kitchen staff to ensure meal preparation and service run seamlessly, particularly during busy service hours. The Cook will also assist in managing inventory and ensuring proper storage and rotation of ingredients. Additionally, the successful candidate will take responsibility for monitoring the quality and presentation of food, making sure each dish meets regulatory health standards as well as our own standards of excellence.
