Job Requirements
- Availability for full shifts including AM and PM
- PM availability preferred for certain positions
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong attention to cleanliness and safety
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
Job Qualifications

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Previous experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely service
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen team members during service
- Prepare, assemble, and plate desserts to presentation standards
- Monitor and manage dessert inventory and prep levels
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- Dispose of trash and recycling properly
- Assist with basic kitchen tasks when needed
- Assist with menu updates or seasonal dessert items as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
