The Line Cook position at Salted offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the preparation and cooking of high-quality food items aligned with our culinary standards and brand philosophy. Working at our Long Beach location requires dedication to excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a virtual Front of House team to deliver outstanding dining experiences. The role is designed for candidates with a solid foundation in culinary skills including knife and prep work, flat-top cooking, and safety and sanitation practices. Physical stamina is important as the job involves standing for extended periods and handling lifting tasks up to 50 pounds.
This hourly position offers competitive pay ranging from $19 to $24 per hour based on experience and skills. The Line Cook's schedule includes Friday late-night shifts from 6 PM to 12 AM and weekend daytime shifts from 8 AM to 4 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. - Minimum of 6 months of kitchen experience
- Solid foundation in culinary skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to work Friday night and weekend shifts
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
