Job Requirements

  • Minimum of six months kitchen experience
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • knowledge of sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • willingness to work PM shifts (4pm - 12:30am) with some AM shifts available
  • legal authorization to work in the United States
  • reliable transportation to the Lawndale, CA location

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of six months kitchen experience
  • knowledge of culinary techniques including knife skills and flat-top cooking
  • ability to follow detailed recipes and health standards
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • ability to work well in a team environment
  • effective communication skills
  • physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items to perfection, accurately following Salted culinary standards
  • maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • collaborate with virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • ensure efficiency and accuracy in food preparation and plating
  • monitor inventory and report any shortages or issues
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
  • assist with training new kitchen staff as needed
