  • lifts and carries tubs, trays, and cases weighing up to 100 lbs up to 20 times per shift

Job Duties

  • Prepare made-from-scratch food items according to kitchen standards
  • display culinary showmanship and interact with guests in the display kitchen
  • adhere to food safety and cleanliness guidelines
  • multitask effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • collaborate with team members to ensure timely and quality food service
  • maintain and operate kitchen equipment and utensils
  • support dishwashing and kitchen prep as needed
