Job Duties
- Prepare made-from-scratch food items following restaurant standards
- Display showmanship and interact with guests in display kitchens
- Hand carve and grind beef and bison as part of meal preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and quality food delivery
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Manage physical kitchen tasks including lifting, bending, and carrying up to 100 lbs
