We are currently seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Line Cooks. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with competitive pay ranging from $15.49 to $23.00 per hour. The Line Cook is a critical role within our kitchen, responsible for prepping and cooking seafood boils and side dishes precisely according to our time-tested recipes. Beyond preparation and cooking, the role includes maintaining cleanliness by washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment as needed. The Line Cook will also provide support to both the kitchen and front-of-house teams by handling various ad hoc requests such as restocking ingredients, plating dishes, and performing special prep tasks.

Ideal candidates will have at least a year's experience in a restaurant environment, preferably with some seafood experience, though this is not a strict requirement. The position demands flexibility to work in the fast-paced setting of a busy seafood restaurant, with shifts that include nights, weekends, and holidays. We seek team players with a positive attitude who are eager to contribute to a collaborative work environment. A strong commitment to food safety and sanitation standards is essential, as is the capability to multitask efficiently without compromising quality. The ability to work onsite in Edgewater, NJ, is a requirement for this role.
