Ted's Montana Grill is currently expanding with a new restaurant location opening soon, and they are beginning the hiring process for this exciting new venture starting the week of July 6th. They are looking to hire Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Dishwashers who share their passion for great food and team spirit. The pay rate for these positions ranges from $17 to $19 per hour, depending on experience.

This role is not for ordinary people. The individuals they seek will bring premium skills and a polished yet approachable demeanor to their positions. The Heart-of-House team members play a critical role in preparing made-from-scratch food and showcasing cooking showmanship while engaging with guests in open display kitchens. Job Requirements

  • Lifts and carries tubs, trays, and cases weighing up to 100 lbs. up to 20 times per shift

Job Duties

  • Prepare made-from-scratch food in a scratch kitchen
  • Display cooking showmanship and engage with guests in display kitchens
  • Hand carve and grind beef and bison for freshness and quality
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to safety and hygiene standards
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure timely and high-quality meal preparation
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines including proper lifting techniques
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
