Job Requirements

  • Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired
  • Ability to stand for entire shift
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
  • Tolerance for heat, cold, smoke, and steam
  • Strong hospitality mindset
  • Capacity for frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and pushing
  • Commitment to sustainability practices

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a full-service restaurant kitchen preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare premium scratch-made food in small batches
  • Hand carve and grind beef and bison in the on-premise butcher shop
  • Display showmanship and engage with guests in the display kitchen
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
  • Multitask efficiently during busy service periods
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Assist with kitchen prep work and inventory management
