Job Requirements

  • Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired
  • Great team player
  • Ability to multitask
  • Passionate about great food
  • Stands during entire shift
  • Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and lifting
  • Lifts and carries tubs, trays, and cases weighing up to 100 lbs up to 20 times per shift
  • Frequent exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidity and extreme cold

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a full-service restaurant kitchen preferred
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment
  • Passion for high-quality, fresh food
  • Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Prepare made-from-scratch menu items in small batches to maintain freshness and quality
  • Hand carve and grind beef and bison daily in the on-premises butcher shop
  • Display culinary showmanship and interact with guests in an open kitchen environment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Multitask effectively in a fast-paced kitchen setting
  • Assist with prep work and ensure ingredients are stocked and ready
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards
