This is a part-time to full-time role with a starting pay of $16.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Candidates must be available to work weekends, particularly Friday through Sunday shifts, which are essential to the operation's success. Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Create mouth-watering barbecue dishes from scratch, following recipes to produce consistent high-quality results
- Master and adhere to standard barbecue cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen practices
- Smoke a variety of meats including pork, beef, chicken, and ribs using traditional hardwood smokers
- Cook other menu items using flat-top grill and fryers
- Portion products accurately, follow recipes precisely, and ensure plate presentation showcases the authenticity of the barbecue
- Maintain clean and organized workstation, adhere to sanitization standards, and follow food handling guidelines to ensure safety and hygiene
- Lead a team to consistently produce excellent results
