Job Duties

  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow safety and sanitation standards
  • execution of recipes of plates and food preparation provided by Lupe Tortilla
  • maintain workspace restocking area as needed
  • clean and sanitize all dishware, pots, pans, silverware and glassware throughout the shift
  • execute opening and closing procedures
