We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Line Cooks to join us for the grand opening of our new store. This position offers an hourly wage of $14 plus tips, with move tips going into effect once the store officially opens. The Line Cook’s role is pivotal in ensuring that food preparation and cooking are executed efficiently and in accordance with our recipes and food safety guidelines. Candidates must demonstrate reliability by consistently being punctual, adhering to proper uniform standards, following detailed recipes, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This position demands a high level of attention to detail, speed, and communication to coordinate effectively with Front of House (FOH) staff and contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for cooking food in a timely manner, ensuring that each dish meets our quality standards. You will need to memorize and apply the correct serving portions for every menu item to maintain consistency. Additionally, this role includes performing opening and closing duties to ensure the kitchen operates smoothly from start to finish each day. Communicating modifications or special requests from FOH staff is also essential to meet specific customer needs while following all food safety protocols rigorously. Whether you are preparing new dishes or managing the station's cleanliness, your work will directly impact the restaurant’s reputation and customer satisfaction. Job Requirements
