Job Description

Delaware North Sportservice is a renowned hospitality company specializing in concessions, premium dining, and restaurant services within iconic venues across the United States and worldwide. Established over a century ago, Delaware North has built a reputation for delivering exceptional food and hospitality experiences in major sports arenas, national parks, casinos, and other entertainment locations. The company operates the dining and concession services at Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia—a state-of-the-art ballpark that opened in 2016 and serves as the home for Major League Baseball's Atlanta Braves. Our mission is to create great times in great places by combining world-class service with a strong legacy of hospitality excellence.

We are currently seeking a seasonal Line Cook to join our dynamic team at Truist Park. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, energetic environments and are eager to contribute to game-day excitement. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing dishes meticulously according to recipes and the chef's specifications, ensuring that every guest enjoys a high-quality dining experience while supporting the efficient operation of the food service area. This seasonal position runs concurrently with the baseball season from March through October, with potential extension during playoffs.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a passion for culinary arts. We provide comprehensive training and development opportunities to help team members refine their skills and advance their hospitality careers. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $18.05 per hour, along with access to a robust benefits package designed to support your personal and professional well-being. Benefits include weekly pay, employee discounts, flexible work schedules, and eligibility for health, dental, and vision insurance, amongst others.

Joining Delaware North means becoming part of a global family-owned company that values its employees and invests in their growth and success. You'll be working not just for any employer, but for an organization that values diversity and inclusion, and that seeks to create a welcoming work environment for all. Beyond the kitchen duties, this role offers an opportunity to be involved in the lively ambiance of sports entertainment, collaborating with a dedicated team that shares your enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest experiences. If you are motivated, dependable, and ready to contribute your culinary skills to one of the premier baseball venues in the country, we encourage you to apply and be a part of our exciting team this season.
