We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Line Cooks for our South First location in Austin. This role is vital in executing our scratch-based, seasonal menus with precision and creativity. As a Line Cook at Dish Society, you will work across multiple kitchen stations including grill, sauté, pantry, and brunch areas. You will prepare an array of dishes such as salads, sandwiches, salmon, omelets, and pancakes, ensuring each plate meets our rigorous standards for quality and consistency. The position demands an ability to read and follow recipes closely while maintaining a clean and safe workspace to support smooth kitchen operations. Ideal candidates thrive under pressure, demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills, and show a genuine eagerness to learn and grow within the culinary arts. Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, along with the physical ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Food Handler Certification is mandatory, underscoring our commitment to food safety and hygiene.
