Nestled in a high-traffic location, our hotel restaurant caters to a diverse clientele, including travelers, event attendees, and local diners. With an emphasis on fresh ingredients, culinary innovation, and guest satisfaction, we have cultivated a reputation as a go-to destination for a memorable meal, whether that be lunch, dinner, or late-night dining. Our team of culinarians and hospitality professionals works collaboratively to uphold our standards and keep our restaurant operating smoothly across all meal periods and special events.

We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Night Line Cook to join our culinary team. This position is critical in maintaining the flow and quality of our food preparation during evening and late-night hours, including dinner service and special banquets. The Night Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and executing menu items by closely following established recipes and presentation standards. The successful candidate will exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. They will maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety throughout their workstation, ensuring every dish served meets the high standards expected by our guests and the health department. A key part of the role involves effective communication and coordination with other kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Starting at an hourly wage between $19 and $21, this role offers an excellent opportunity for culinary professionals looking to grow their careers within a supportive and well-established hotel environment. Beyond competitive compensation, the position provides benefits such as health, dental, and vision coverage for eligible team members along with paid time off and hotel travel discounts. As part of our team, the Night Line Cook will participate in ongoing special events and banquet operations, contributing to the versatility and excitement of the role. This position is ideal for those who bring a strong work ethic, reliability, and a passion for culinary excellence to a workplace that values hard work and offers pathways for advancement within the hospitality industry.
