Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment
- Previous kitchen, culinary, or chef experience preferred but not required
- Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, ovens, broiler, and pizza oven desired
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous kitchen, culinary, or chef experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, ovens, broiler, and pizza oven desired
- Ability to follow recipe procedures accurately
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes from the menu
- Ensure the highest quality food execution by following recipe procedures
- Use various kitchen tools and equipment safely and correctly
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with managers and team members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Assist in managing food inventory and supplies as needed
