With over four decades of experience in the casual dining sector, Old Chicago prides itself not only on its expansive selection of local and international beers but also on its dedication to fresh ingredients and exceptional customer experiences.

The brand’s emphasis on a crafted beer lifestyle pairs seamlessly with its culinary offerings, creating a unique union of beverage and food that appeals to beer enthusiasts and food lovers alike. The culture at Old Chicago fosters growth and development for its team members, with opportunities for advancement within a supportive and engaging work environment.

We are currently seeking Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Pizza Cooks to join our passionate culinary team. As part of the kitchen team, successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes using different cooking methods and equipment, ensuring that each dish meets the high standards set by the company. You will work closely with kitchen staff and management to maintain consistent food quality, adhering strictly to recipe procedures and safety regulations.

This opportunity is perfect for individuals eager to develop or advance their culinary career in a dynamic, high-volume restaurant environment. Whether you are an experienced chef looking to grow or a newcomer to the kitchen, Old Chicago offers an inclusive culture where your skills and contributions are valued. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training to support your success in mastering diverse kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, ovens, broilers, and pizza ovens.

Old Chicago values clear communication and teamwork, expecting all kitchen staff to collaborate respectfully with managers and fellow team members to create a positive and productive work atmosphere. Flexibility is key, as we accommodate various schedules to fit life, school, and family needs.

This role can be part-time or full-time, with a competitive pay structure and a robust benefits program. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, as well as voluntary benefits options. Team members also enjoy discounts and opportunities for career advancement, making Old Chicago not just a place to work, but a place to grow and thrive.

Join a company that values your passion for cooking, your dedication to quality, and your desire to be part of a legendary brand community. At Old Chicago, craft beer isn’t just a trend—it’s a way of life, and we want you to be part of our team crafting great food and memorable moments for our guests every day.
