The candidate will actively participate in controlling food costs by managing food waste and assisting in corrective actions when necessary. Physical demands of the job include lifting up to 70 pounds, standing for extended periods, and operating in various temperature conditions, ranging from cold freezer environments to hot kitchen lines.
