  • ability to follow instructions and maintain a clean workspace

Job Duties

  • assisting with stocking and setting up kitchen stations
  • preparing food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
  • cooking food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods
  • maintaining cleanliness and complying with food sanitation requirements
  • cleaning and sanitizing cooking surfaces at the end of the shift
  • lifting and carrying up to 25 lb frequently and up to 50 lb occasionally
  • standing on feet for the entire shift
