Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand on feet for entire shift
  • Frequently lift and carry up to 25 lb
  • Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lb
  • Ability to reach with hands and arms in any direction
  • Ability to kneel and stoop repeatedly
  • Ability to see and hear well
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts
  • Must be legally eligible to work

Job Qualifications

  • No formal experience required
  • Ability to follow food sanitation and safety guidelines
  • Basic culinary skills preferred but not mandatory
  • Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lb
  • Good hearing and vision due to kitchen environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties

  • Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
  • Preparing food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
  • Cooking food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods
  • Maintaining cleanliness and complying with food sanitation requirements
  • Cleaning and sanitizing cooking surfaces at the end of the shift
  • Standing for the entire shift
  • Lifting and carrying up to 25 lb frequently and up to 50 lb occasionally
  • Reaching with hands and arms in any direction, kneeling and stooping repeatedly
