Flexibility in working hours is essential, as shifts may include weekends, holidays, and overtime based on operational needs. Job Requirements

  • Basic culinary knowledge
  • Ability to follow sanitation guidelines
  • Capability to lift and carry 50 pounds unassisted
  • Comfortable working in hot environments above 82 degrees
  • Ability to work safely with kitchen equipment
  • Tolerate liquid and grease spills
  • Endure long standing and repetitive hand/arm/wrist movements
  • Ability to shift between multiple tasks efficiently
  • Tolerate temperature fluctuations
  • Availability for flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
  • Must meet guest service standards
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of broil, roast, saute, fry, poach, steam, and baking techniques
  • Ability to sort, write, and count in English
  • High school diploma or equivalent (for supervisor level and below)
