Heart of House Team Members are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift, ensuring that kitchen operations keep up with the fast pace of service. This includes mastering all recipe procedures to produce consistent and high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness to uphold health and hygiene standards, and adhering strictly to company safety and sanitation policies. Communication is key in this role—team members must efficiently relay ticket times to their coworkers to keep food orders flowing smoothly and continuously from the kitchen to the dining area.

Successful candidates will be friendly, warm, and caring in their interactions with fellow team members, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
