Minimum of 2 year experience in casual dining environment
must be 21 plus years of age
food handlers card certification required
nights, weekends, and holiday availability required
must be able to lift 50lbs

Job Duties

Communicate openly and respectfully with all team members
prepare, cook and plate sandwiches and appetizers
maintain standards for keeping the kitchen and facility clean and sanitary
follow recipes and comply with portion sizes, quality standards, department rules and procedures, and Department of Health regulations
follow standard kitchen operating procedures
perform other duties as assigned
understand all functions of in-house POS system
