Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in food preparation
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Capability to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds
Willingness to follow safety and security procedures
Ability to work full-time schedule
No supervisory experience required

Job Duties

Prepare special meals or substitute items
Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters
Pull food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator
Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish
Maintain food logs
Monitor the quality and quantity of food that is prepared
Communicate assistance needed during busy periods
