The role of Line Cook at Pearl & Law Hospitality is a full-time, exempt position within the Culinary Department, reporting directly to the Chef de Cuisine. This role plays a critical part in delivering a high-quality, consistent, and elevated guest dining experience by executing dishes with care, precision, and professionalism. Earning an hourly wage of $18 to $24, this position supports the daily culinary operations including opening and closing tasks, station setup, and maintaining high standards during service. The Line Cook is expected to bring culinary confidence, a dedication to learning, and uphold the company's rigorous standards for food safety, sanitation, quality, and consistency.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years kitchen experience in fine-dining or high-volume restaurant setting
  • ability to stand for 8-10 hours per shift
  • ability to bend and lift up to 30 lbs
  • operate effectively in dynamic kitchen conditions

  • regular attendance and scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to perform tasks such as kneeling, bending, reaching overhead, lifting items over 50 lbs, and working in hot, cold, and cramped environments

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience in a fine-dining or high-volume restaurant setting
