There are also opportunities for wine and culinary education as well as career advancement through the company’s Career Growth Flight Plan. The workplace supports flexible scheduling to help team members balance work and personal life, and there is an emphasis on employee mental health and well-being through assistance programs and relief initiatives. Cooper’s Hawk is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive workplace, reflecting diversity in all forms without discrimination. They also provide accommodation throughout the recruitment process to ensure fair access for all applicants.

This position requires a minimum of six months experience as a line cook in a similar upscale casual dining or equivalent service environment, basic knowledge of professional cooking techniques including proper knife skills, and adherence to food safety and sanitation procedures. Candidates must be able to stand and walk for long shifts, lift heavy items, and work in varied kitchen conditions.
