Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6-12 months culinary or kitchen experience
- Ability to clearly communicate with team members
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift 30lbs on a regular basis
- Must be flexible to work nights and weekends based on business needs
- Must be 18 years or older or provide proof of work permit

Job Duties
- Work closely with the culinary team to support café operations
- Understand and uphold the Erewhon brand and café menu
- Prepare and cook various food items according to quality standards and portion sizes
- Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
- Complete end-of-day inventory and other checklist-based tasks
- Ensure proper food temperatures and correct storage
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, equipment, and coolers
- Assist with receiving and storing incoming orders
- Operate basic kitchen equipment safely
- Follow proper knife safety procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
