- Minimum 6-12 months culinary/kitchen experience
- Ability to clearly communicate with team members
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift 30lbs regularly
- Must be flexible to work nights and weekends based on business needs
- Must be 18 years of age or provide proof of work permit

Job Duties
- Work closely with the culinary team to support café operations
- Maintain full understanding of Erewhon brand and café menu
- Prepare and cook various food items according to quality standards and portions
- Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as directed by the Culinary Manager
- Complete end of day inventory and other opening/closing duties
- Ensure proper food temperatures and correct food storage
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, equipment, and coolers
- Assist with incoming orders and store items accordingly
- Operate basic kitchen equipment
- Follow proper knife safety procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
