The Line Cook position at Tao Group Hospitality offers an exciting opportunity for culinary professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality food and maintaining impeccable standards. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and consistency of all menu items served across Tao's various prestigious venues. The role requires teamwork, effective communication with supervisors and fellow team members, and a positive, professional attitude toward hospitality service. You'll be trained on specific Tao Group Hospitality culinary protocols and food handling standards, supporting both your personal growth and the collective success of the venue.

This position demands attentiveness, physical endurance, and adaptability to a fast-paced, demanding environment. The ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, underscores the dynamic nature of hospitality. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and tolerating exposure to hot kitchen environments and cleaning agents. Your involvement in daily pre-service meetings and ongoing training sessions will enhance your skills while aligning your contributions with the company’s mission and values.
