As a Line Cook, you will be an essential part of our kitchen operations, responsible for preparing and executing menu items with precision and consistency. This position requires flexibility in scheduling, including availability on weekends and holidays, and a willingness to maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation to uphold food safety and hygiene standards. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred in a full-service restaurant
- strong butchering skills and proficient knife skills
- ability to read and execute recipes accurately
- experience working on the hot line and grill station
- knowledge of setting up, organizing, and cleaning workstations
- flexibility in work schedule, including weekends and holidays
- food handler certified
- E-Verify participation, EOE, FCO compliant
