Job Duties
- Prepare all menu items according to the recipes, procedures, and quality standards to ensure a superior dining experience
- Set up and stock your station with the necessary ingredients and supplies before each shift
- Execute dishes with speed and accuracy, maintaining consistency even in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and the kitchen throughout the shift
- Properly wrap, label, and store all prep items at the end of each shift
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines as required by management and local, state, and federal regulations
- Support the kitchen team by assisting with prep work, dishwashing, and line duties as needed
- Other duties as assigned by Manager
