- Proven experience in a fast-paced fast casual dining environment
- ability to communicate effectively with customers, managers, and FOH staff
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, and regularly lift up to 40 pounds
- a genuine passion and knowledge of food and hospitality
- comprehension and communication in English
- open availability
- menu memorization
- BOH experience
- 3-5 years of restaurant experience is a plus

Job Duties
- Preparing food orders according to Alidoro quality standards
- setting up, breaking down, cleaning, and stocking work areas
- following company operational policies including safety and security procedures during each shift
- maintaining a calm demeanor during periods of high volume, providing a positive example for the team
- being sociable and friendly to customers
- promoting, working, and acting consistent with the mission of Alidoro
- wrapping menu items for serving or takeout
