Job Description

Cooper's Hawk is a renowned hospitality establishment that seamlessly blends a Napa-style tasting room with an exquisite wine-inspired retail experience, alongside a full-service restaurant, bar, and private event spaces. Founded in 2005, Cooper's Hawk has grown to become a lifestyle brand that offers guests a modern yet casual dining environment where culinary artistry meets wine excellence. The company is celebrated for its award-winning wines and the internationally acclaimed Cooper's Hawk Wine Club, considered one of the largest in the world. Membership to this club offers exclusive benefits such as curated dining experiences and travel opportunities, elevating the standard for lifestyle and entertainment beyond the traditional vineyard experience.

At Cooper's Hawk, each menu item is crafted from scratch in a kitchen dedicated to pairing culinary delights with the perfect wines, creating an unmatched sensory journey for every guest. Adding to its repertoire, the company operates Piccolo Buco by Cooper's Hawk, which infuses the vibrant and authentic flavors of Rome into its culinary offerings, further broadening the brand's influence and versatility in the dining sector.

Now, Cooper's Hawk is seeking skilled and passionate Line Cooks to join their team. This role is about more than just following recipes; it is about crafting unforgettable dining experiences by combining culinary expertise with a personal touch. Line Cooks at Cooper's Hawk play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation, contributing to memorable moments for every guest that visits the establishment. The position embraces a culture of precision, urgency, and pride, empowering team members to take ownership of their craft and deliver quality consistently.

The responsibilities extend beyond cooking; Line Cooks are expected to prepare their stations effectively, manage multiple dishes simultaneously using modern kitchen display systems, and uphold a clean, organized, and safe workstation. Collaboration and communication are key, as seamless teamwork ensures that dishes are timed perfectly and service flows smoothly. This is a dynamic environment where multitasking, attention to detail, and passion for food come together to create exceptional culinary experiences.

Cooper's Hawk offers competitive benefits, including substantial discounts on dining, carryout, retail wine, and events, alongside monthly wine tastings for team members as a way to deepen their knowledge and appreciation of fine wines. Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and telehealth services are provided, alongside a 401k plan with company match. Flexible schedules, paid time off, early pay access, and wellness and mental health support underline Cooper's Hawk's commitment to employee well-being. Additional perks include wine and culinary education, career growth plans, team member rewards, milestone recognition, and referral bonuses, making it a stimulating and rewarding environment for culinary professionals looking to grow their careers within a vibrant lifestyle brand.

With its focus on high-quality food and exceptional service, Cooper's Hawk fosters a collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diversity in all its forms and provides reasonable accommodations throughout the employment process. Join Cooper's Hawk to be part of a pioneering team that defines dining experience through culinary innovation and connection at every turn.
