Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior food preparation experience beneficial
- must be 16 years of age or older
- flexible to work nights and weekends
- ability to stand or walk for 4-8 hours
- ability to perform hand and wrist movements continuously
- capable of pushing, pulling, reaching, kneeling, squatting, or climbing
- able to lift or carry 0-50 pounds regularly
- willing to follow safety and hygiene standards

- ability to keep the kitchen clean with daily and weekly checklists

Job Duties
- Complete light food prep daily
- make tacos according to recipes
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- use kitchen equipment including fryers to make shells and chips
- work efficiently on assembly line with teammates
- communicate effectively with team members
- perform dishwashing, food prep, and line duties as needed
- multitask and maintain fast-paced workflow
- perform other duties as assigned
