Currently, Hai Hospitality is seeking talented Line Cooks to join their kitchen teams. This full-time position offers a competitive wage ranging from $20 to $24 per hour, dependent on experience, and follows a four days on, three days off weekly schedule that promotes work-life balance. Line Cooks at Hai Hospitality play a vital role in the kitchen by helping prepare and execute menu items with precision and care to ensure a memorable dining experience for guests. This role demands a strong ability to work effectively under pressure, maintain cleanliness and organization, and uphold safety standards while supporting overall kitchen operations.
Line Cooks contribute to the seamless flow of kitchen activities by preparing ingredients, cooking dishes according to established recipes and presentation guidelines, and collaborating closely with chefs and other kitchen staff. The role also requires adaptability to work in varying temperatures, proficiency in using kitchen equipment safely, and the ability to manage physical demands like lifting, standing, and moving heavy items. Job Requirements
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and other employees
