The Broil Cook position at Texas Roadhouse is a vital role responsible for ensuring that the restaurant’s legendary steaks meet the highest standards of quality and flavor. Broil Cooks are at the heart of the kitchen operations, handling the preparation, seasoning, searing, grilling, and cooking of steaks to perfection. Job Requirements

  • Experience in high-volume restaurant cooking
  • Knowledge of steak cooking temperatures and meat handling
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
