Job Requirements
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- Culinary degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Plus 3 years cooking experience working in high volume restaurant
- Open availability to work day, swing or graveyard
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Must be 21 years old
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a current California gambling establishment employee permit, badge or license
- Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test and criminal background
- This position requires active California Food Handlers Certification and/or Card

- Ability to work various shifts including day, swing, and graveyard

Job Duties
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented in accordance with appropriate recipes and presentation on a consistent basis
- Provide consistent safe and sanitary food storage, preparation, and cooking
- Monitor and control maintenance and sanitation of the kitchen and equipment
- Recognize and follow quality standards for meats, vegetables, fruits, dairy products, and grains, including proper storage
- Utilize leftovers effectively and control waste
- Take direction and be flexible to meet the needs of the kitchen
- Work cooperatively as a team player in a small, confined kitchen space
