The company is known for pushing the boundaries of service design, creating innovative dining experiences that keep patrons coming back. This commitment to excellence has established Grease & Honey as a respected name within the local restaurant industry, as well as a sought-after employer for hospitality professionals.

Among the flagship locations is The Apis Hotel & Restaurant, a multi-level venue that blends a full-service restaurant, multiple event spaces, a scenic rooftop bar, and six premium guestrooms. Located approximately halfway between Chicago, Illinois, and Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and just blocks from the shores of Lake Michigan, The Apis stands out as a premier hospitality destination. Since opening its doors in July 2020, The Apis has carved a niche for itself with a focus on modern, globally-inspired cuisine crafted from locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. Guests at The Apis enjoy impeccable dining paired with exemplary service delivered by a dedicated team that values collaboration and continuous learning.

Employees are encouraged to develop their skills by learning new culinary techniques and contributing to the ongoing evolution of menu items. Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and disability coverage, are offered to eligible full-time employees.
