The Line Cook role at Orbital Kitchens is critical in maintaining the quality and efficiency that distinguish the company’s brands. This position requires a self-starter who demonstrates leadership qualities and is comfortable working in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning flavors from multiple ethnic cuisines, including Asian, Latin, Hawaiian, and Italian, which inspire the contemporary dishes featured in the company’s menus. The Line Cook will be responsible for setting up workstations with the necessary supplies, handling and rotating products appropriately, and preparing menu items in collaboration with the larger kitchen team. Flexibility to work across different stations such as fry, griddle, garde manger, or expediter is essential, as is the ability to multitask throughout the shift.

Orbital Kitchens offers competitive compensation ranging from $17.00 to $18.50 per hour with weekly pay. Shifts are available in both the AM (9am/10am to 6pm) and PM (6pm to 4:30am) to accommodate varying schedules.
