Job Requirements

  • Associates Culinary Degree and 1 years of restaurant culinary experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Serv Safe certification preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Maintain full knowledge of food products, menu item recipes, and apply proper culinary techniques
  • Prepare the proper amount of food according to opening checklists
  • Fully stock assigned area for Lunch and Dinner service prior to opening
  • Restock assigned area throughout shift
  • Label and date all products to ensure freshness and proper sanitation
  • Prepare items in accordance with established recipes for a consistent product
  • Provide attention to detail with all plate presentation
  • Expedite orders in a timely manner
  • Execute scheduled banquet functions
  • Assist kitchen leadership and staff in execution of service
