Little Miner Taco is hiring an experienced Line Cook for our Washington, DC kitchen. We're a fast-paced, modern taco concept known for bold flavors and quality execution.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a professional kitchen, Mexican cuisine background preferred
• Bilingual, English and Spanish
• Responsible, honest, and reliable with timing and attendance
• Able to work efficiently during high-volume rushes
• Team player who takes pride in consistency and cleanliness

What you'll do:

• Prep and execute menu items to LMT standards
• Maintain a clean, organized station
• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and FOH team
