Job Requirements

  • Full time or part time availability with a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work shifts as early as 7 a.m. and as late as 2 a.m.
  • Minimum one year experience in a full-service restaurant kitchen
  • Good standing if internal candidate with no recent performance issues
  • Associate’s degree preferred but not required
  • State Food Handler’s Certification required

Job Qualifications

  • Experience cooking in a full-service restaurant kitchen for at least one year
  • Proven track record of adhering to recipe standards
  • Strong knife skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for fresh and high-quality ingredients
