Additional benefits include a comprehensive benefits package such as health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance for employees 18 and older, a 401k retirement plan with company match for those over 21 with qualifying tenure and hours, and paid time off accruing from the first year of service. Red Robin fosters an environment with excellent opportunities for career advancement, where many managers have risen from hourly team member positions.
