As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food according to Red Robin’s high standards, using a variety of cooking techniques including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and grilling. Your work will cover a wide range of food items such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients. Maintaining strict adherence to safe food handling and sanitation guidelines is critical to ensuring guest safety and satisfaction. Line Cooks at Red Robin receive competitive pay ranging from $19.94 to $24.05 per hour. Employment includes flexible work schedules designed to accommodate individual needs, as well as benefits such as a 50% discount on Red Robin food for employees and a 25% discount for their families.

Job Requirements
- Must be 17 or older
- Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar food preparation role preferred
- Knowledge of safe food handling practices

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions
- Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
Job Duties
- Prepare food items according to Red Robin standards including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and grilling
- Ensure safe food handling and cleanliness rules are strictly followed
- Cook meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients
- Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness during shifts
- Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries properly
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
